摘要
筛选并研究了17起国外核电厂外部水淹事件,从引发外部水淹的因素到外部水淹对核电厂厂房、系统、设备的影响,对核安全的威胁,5个方面分析了外部水淹事件的特点,同时结合福岛核事故在外部水淹方面的经验教训和事故发生后各国的应对措施,提出了提高我国核电厂应对外部水淹能力的建议。
This paper screans and studies 17 external flooding events occurred in foreign NPP sites, analysis the characteristic of external flooding events based on the source of the flooding, the impact on the building, systems and equipments, as well as the threat to nuclear safety. Furthermore, based on the experiences and lessons learned from Fukushima nuclear accident relating to external flooding and countermeasures carried out in the world, some suggestions are proposed in order to imporve external flooding response capacity for Chinese NPPs.
