摘要
目的：观察黄芪注射液联合化疗对晚期乳腺癌患者生存质量及免疫功能的影响。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组30例与对照组30例,两组化疗均采用CEF方案,21天为1周期;治疗组加用黄芪注射液治疗,14天为1疗程,2个疗程评价疗效。观察两组近期疗效、临床证候变化、生活质量变化、毒副反应及免疫功能变化情况。结果：治疗组与对照组近期疗效,总有效率分别为56.6%、40.0%（Р〉0.05）;治疗组中位生存时间16.5个月（9~21个月）;对照组中位生存时间16个月（6~21个月）;临床证候变化比较,治疗组与对照组总改善率分别为83.3%、60.0%（Р〈0.05）;生活质量变化比较,治疗组与对照组改善率分别为46.7%、23.3%（Р〈0.05）;毒副反应比较,两组白细胞下降、血小板下降、恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率治疗组均低于对照组,其中白细胞下降及恶心呕吐两组差别显著（Р〈0.05）;免疫功能变化比较,治疗后两组CD3＋、CD4＋无明显变化,而治疗组CD8＋明显下降,CD4＋＋/CD8＋比值明显上升,与对照组比较,差异均有显著性（Р〈0.05,Р〈0.01）。结论：黄芪注射液可提高机体免疫功能,改善临床证候,减轻化疗药物的毒副反应,提高生活质量,延长生存期。
Objective：Functional observation of Astragalus Injection combined chemotherapy on life quality and immune function in advanced breast cancer.Method：60 patient of advanced breast cancer divided into experiment group and control group randomly and equally.All pa-tient treated by chemotherapy（CEF program）,1 cycle treated 21 days.The experiment group treated by Astragalus Injection additionally,1 cycle treated 14 days.Then all patient evaluated effect after 2 cycle.The final indicator included short term effect,change of clinical syn-drome,life quality,adverse effect and immune function.Result：The total effective rate of short term effect was 56.6% in experiment group and 40.0% in control group respectively.The mean live time was 16.5 month（9~12 month）in experiment group and 16 month（6~12 month）in control group respectively.After therapy,CD3＋ and CD4＋ of two group didn＇t change significantly,CD8＋decreased significantly and the rate of CD4＋＋/CD8＋increased significantly between two group,and this different were significant both（Р0.05）.In the incidence of leukopenia,thrombocytopenia and gastrointestinal reaction of experiment group were lower than control group,The different of leucopenia and gastroin-testinal reaction between two group were significant（Р0.05）.The change of clinical syndrome were 83.3% in experiment group and 60.0% in control group（Р0.05）.The improve of life quality were 46.7% in experiment group and 23.3% in control group（Р0.05）.Conclusion：Astragalus Injection can improve immune function,change of clinical syndrome and reduce toxic side effects,so Astragalus Injection can improve life quality of advanced breast cancer.
