胃癌组织DRP1、TFF1蛋白表达及其与临床病理特征和生存的关系 被引量:2

Protein Expressions of DRP1 and TFF1 in Gastric Cancer Tissues and Their Relationship with Clinicopathological Characteristics and Survival

摘要 目的:分析胃癌组织动力相关蛋白1(DRP1)、三叶因子1(TFF1)蛋白表达及其与临床病理特征和生存的关系。方法:回顾性分析80例2019年1月-2021年6月就诊于赣州市赣县区人民医院的胃癌患者的临床资料。将检查结果中显示DRP1蛋白高表达的纳入DRP1蛋白高表达组,显示DRP1蛋白低表达的纳入DRP1蛋白低表达组。将检查结果显示TFF1蛋白高表达的纳入TFF1蛋白高表达组,显示TFF1蛋白低表达的纳入TFF1蛋白低表达组。对比DRP1蛋白高表达组和低表达组、TFF1蛋白高表达组和表达组临床病理特征(恶性程度、肿瘤分期、淋巴转移、浸润深度)和随访12个月后生存情况差异,做生存曲线,分析DRP1、TFF1蛋白表达及其与临床病理特征和生存的关系。结果:DRP1高表达组和DRP1低表达组,各包括42例和38例患者,TFF1高表达组和TFF1低表达组,各包括49例和31例患者。DRP1蛋白表达与临床病理特征严重程度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与生存情况呈明显负相关(P<0.05),TFF1蛋白表达与临床病理特征严重程度呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与生存情况呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论:DRP1、TFF1蛋白表达可影响胃癌组织的临床特征,干预胃癌患者生存预后,临床可针对此给予对应治疗措施。 Objective: To analyze the protein expressions of dynamin-related protein 1(DRP1) and trefoil factor 1(TFF1) in gastric cancer tissues and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and survival.Method: The clinical data of 80 patients with gastric cancer who were treated in Ganxian District People’s Hospital of Ganzhou City from January 2019 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients with high DRP1 protein expression in examination results were included in high-expression DRP1 protein group, and patients with low DRP1 protein expression in examination results were enrolled as low-expression DRP1 protein group. Patients with high expression of TFF1 protein were selected as high-expression TFF1 protein group, and patients with low expression of TFF1 protein were set as low-expression TFF1 protein group. The differences in clinicopathological characteristics(malignancy degree, tumor staging, lymph node metastasis, depth of invasion) and survival after 12months follow-up were compared between high-expression DRP1 protein group and low-expression DRP1 protein group, and between high-expression TFF1 protein group and low-expression TFF1 protein group, and the survival curve was drawn to analyze the protein expressions of DRP1 and TFF1 and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and survival. Result: There were 42 cases in high-expression DRP1 group and 38 cases in lowexpression DRP1 group, and there were 49 cases of high-expression TFF1 group and 31 cases in low-expression TFF1 group respectively. DRP1 protein expression was significantly positively correlated with the severity of clinicopathological characteristics(P<0.05), and was significantly negatively correlated with survival(P<0.05), and TFF1 protein expression was obviously negatively correlated with the severity of clinicopathological characteristics(P<0.05), and was significantly positively correlated with survival(P<0.05). Conclusion: The protein expressions of DRP1 and TFF1 can affect the clinical characteristics of gastric cancer tissues and interfere with the survival and prognosis of patients with gastric cancer, and it is necessary to give corresponding treatment measures in clinical practice.
