摘要
通过对换热器管束表面的腐蚀原因、腐蚀形态分析以及 Ni- P合金镀层的形成原理及性能分析 ,提出化学镀 Ni- P合金技术是换热器管束表面防腐的一种有效方法 ,并对这一方法的实际应用做了详细的阐述。
By means of analysis on corrosion morphology of exchanfer bundle surface,the forming principle and feature of Ni P alloy plating layer,it is presented that Ni P alloy chemical plating technology is a effective method for corrosion prevention of exchanger bundle surface.The actual application of this method is mentioned in detail.
