摘要
以制革厂猪皮边角料为原料,分别用胃蛋白酶和碱性蛋白酶Alcalase进行水解,制备了两种分子量的胶原水解物(CH-1和CH-2),GPC测得它们的平均分子量分别为160 kDa和5 kDa,且CH-1的疏水性指数大于CH-2。将这两种胶原水解物用于纸张的表面施胶,结果表明:CH-1可在纸张表面形成一层薄膜,能显著提高纸张的强度和抗水性能;而CH-2由于分子太小,无法在纸张表面成膜,因此对提高纸的抗张强度和抗水性能作用不明显。
Using pig skin waste produced in leather manufactory as raw material, two kinds of collagen hydrolysates (CH-1 and CH-2) with different molecular weight were prepared by the hydrolyzation of pepsin and alkaline protease (Alcalase). GPC determination indicated that their average molecular weight are 160 kDa and 5 kDa respectively, and the hydrophobic index of CH-1 is higher than that of CH-2. When CH-1 and CH-2 were used in surface sizing, it was found that the tensile strength and water- resistance ability of paper were greatly increased for CH-1, suggested that CH-1 can form a film at the surface of paper. Meanwhile, the improvement effect of CH-2 on the tensile strength and water-resistance ability of paper is limited due to its too small molecular weight.
