摘要
间隙单元是一种近年来出现的高级有限单元。它能更真实地模拟两侧固壁间的间隙 ,从而得到更加精确的有限元应力分析结果。本文对卷染机蒸罐受压筒体矩形大开孔结构中补强圈和筒体之间的间隙 ,在使用间隙单元模拟和不使用间隙单元分别计算后 ,得到使用间隙处非连续应力场的强度评定方法进行了探讨。经过强度评定计算 ,本文卷染机蒸罐矩形大开孔结构是安全的。
Gap element is a new and advanced type finite element presented in recent years,which can more practically simulate gap between two sides of wall,then the more accurecy result of finite element stress analysis is obtained.After the gap,between reinforceing ring and shell,of rectangulal large opening structure on the pressure shell of evaporator for dye gigger are calculated by using gap element simulate and without using gap element,the stress evaluation method at uncontineous stress field of applied gap is obtained and discussed.By means of stress evaluation calculation,the rectangular large opening structure of this equipment is safe.
