摘要
针对大型超高压密封容器实体试验成本过高的缺点,本文运用ANSYS软件对大型超高压密封容器开孔进行了三维有限元分析,得出了各开孔在不同气压下的最大应力值,绘制了各开孔相应的危险路径并依照ASM E锅炉及压力容器规范进行了强度评定,计算结果表明结构是安全的,这为生产单位提供了详实、可靠的设计数据,也为大型超高压密封容器设计提供了一种新方法。
Aiming at high cost of entity experiment of the large super-high pressure sealed container, the paper applies ANSYS software to analyze the 3-D location of the large super-high pressure sealed container and gives their maximum stress respectively under different press. It draws responding dangerous path and carries out intensity check according to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The result denotes the structure is safety. It provides some detailed and reliable design data and sets up a new way of large super-high pressure sealed containers design.
