摘要
美国自建国以来,针对军用、民用和基础研究等科技政策的制定与执行,先后颁布并实施了许多相关的政策法规。美国通过完善的科技政策,使其国内产业迅速发展,成为全球首屈一指的工业强国,促进了美国科技迅猛提升,为美国经济发展奠定了基础。美国科技政策的发展模式成为各国参照的典范和学者们的研究对象,同时可以为我国创新型国家建设带来有益的启示。
America has successively promulgated and implemented a number of policies and regulations on scientific research concerning with the military, the civilian and the basic researches since the founding of the nation. America was then on the top list of industrial power in the world through the perfection of these policies, and made a rapid development of the domestic industry. Thus, a solid foundation of its economic development has been laid. The mode of America＇s science and technology policy has become a research subject for scholars home and abroad. It will be significant for China to refer to the mode in building an innovative country.
