The process of producing stabilized rice bran by extrusion technology was discussed, the critical control points of each process were determined,and the quality control system was established. The material internal control standards, process inspection standards and enterprise standards were established, and the establishing basis and contents were discussed, which provided valuable reference for stabilized rice bran powder production.
