近临界凝析气藏动态相态行为 被引量:9

DYNAMIC PHASE BEHAVIORS OF A NEAR-CRITICAL CONDENSATE GAS RESERVOIR

摘要 以X油田S井近临界的地层流体为研究对象,利用可实时监测且可录像的DBR-PVT实验装置进行实验,为研究近临界复杂流体的相态特征及热力学模型提供基础数据。等组成膨胀实验测试了近临界流体在不同温度下的饱和压力,不同温度压力条件下的偏差因子、反凝析液量和临界点区间,并结合CMG相态模拟软件中1978年改进的PR状态方程拟合实测的泡/露点,得到完整的p-T相图和临界点;光学现象观测实验发现,近临界区流体具有"临界乳光"现象,流体从透明的金黄色渐变为浅棕色、红棕色,最后扩展为完全不透光的灰黑色;定容衰竭实验测试了衰竭过程中地层流体采出程度、反凝析液量、采出流体的组分变化和衰竭前后井流物p-T相图变化。 Taking the near-critical fluids of the formations of Well S of Oilfield X as the researched object, the ex- periment is conducted with the help of live-monitoring and video-recording DBR-PVT apparatus, thus the basic data for the studies of the phase characteristics of the near-critical complex fluids and thermodynamic model can be pro- vided. Z-factosr at different temperatures and pressures, retrograde condensed liquid yield and the interval of the near-critical points are tested for the near-critical fluids in the constant composition expansion (CCE) experiment, and at the same time integrating with the improved PR state equation in 1978 in CMG phase-behavior simulating software, the actually measured bubble/dew point is matched, and then the complete p-T phase diagram and criti- cal point are obtained ; the observation experiment of the optical phenomenon finds out that the fluids near the near- critical area possesses a ~'critical opalescence" phenomenon, the colors of the fluids gradually change from trans-parent golden yellow to shallow brown, red brown and in the end expand to completely opaque to black; the recov- ery of the formation fluids, yield of the retrograde condensed liquid, changes of the produced liquid compositions and p-T phase diagram of the fluids from the well before and after the depletion are tested in the process of the de- pletion.
