摘要
用化学法在抛光的石英玻璃片上沉积银岛膜,并在该膜上进行孔雀石绿分子的表面增强拉曼散射研究,着重考察了激发波长、电解质浓度以及酸度对SERS的影响。
We measured the surface enhanced Raman spectra (SERS) of the malachite green on silver film deposited on optic polished quartz slides by using chemical method. The effects of the excitation wavelength, electrolyte (NaCl) concentration and pH on the SERS were investigated. The results indicate that the relative intensities for some bands depended upon the excitation wavelength; Inorganic anion(Cl-) not only enhanced the SERS intensities, but also changed the relative intensities of the SERS sensitive bands; The SERS intensities increased with pH from 1-7 and reached maximum value at pH = 7, and then decreased. The possible origin for the phenomena was discussed.
