摘要
当肺癌临床症状以及影像学表现不典型,且与肺炎、肺结核等良性病变有很多相似之处或并存时,鉴别困难,容易误诊。肺癌和肺炎均为临床常见病,但预后差别极大,一旦误诊,后果极为严重。故提高肺部感染和非感染性疾病的鉴别诊断水平是当前迫切需要解决的问题。
Because there are many similarities for the benign lesions such as pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis and so on, in particular when the clinical symptoms and imaging features of lung cancer is not typical, it is difficult to identify between lung cancer and pneumonia, and easily lead to misdiagnosis. Lung cancer and pneumonia are both clinical common diseases, but they are very different in the prognosis, once misdiagnosed, the consequences will be serious. So, currently it is a seriously important problem to improve the level of differential diagnosis for pulmonary infections and non infectious diseases.
