摘要
分析桃胶的灰分元素.桃胶经灰化、硝酸-高氯酸消解后,采用ICP-AES测定桃胶的灰分元素.结果表明:桃胶灰分元素主要为钾、钙、镁、铁、锰、钠、铜和锌,其中人体必需微量元素的铁和锰含量丰富.该研究为桃胶的/和血、降糖0作用提供了有效依据.
The ash element of peach gumwas analyzed.The peach gumwas ashed and digested with nitric acid and perchloric acid.The sample was detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission speetrometry（ICPAES）.The result showed that the main ash elements of peach gumwere K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Na,Cu and Zn. There were plenty of essential trace elements of human such as Fe and Mn in peach gum.The research provided a proof for the effect of peach gum to enrich and activate blood and reduce blood sugar.
