摘要
校企合作、工学结合是实现高素质技术技能型人才的必由之路。定岗双元人才培养模式是工学结合的具体体现,但在实施中却存在培养目标、教学内容、实践条件及考核方式等不衔接的问题,为此提出了明确各阶段人培养目标的分工、整合前后续工学结合课程的内容、统筹校内外实验实训条件的建设、借鉴各企业考核评价方式的优势等校内外课程教学有效衔接的对策。
School-enterprise cooperation and work-learning combination is the way that higher vocational colleges must follow to realize the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents. The post-fixed dual education mode embodies the work-learning combination. However, there are still some disconnection problems arising in the implementation, including disconnection of cultivating objectives, teaching contents, practice conditions and evaluation methods. Therefore, this paper puts forward some effective countermeasures of the ex- plicit labor division of objectives of personnel cultivation at different stages; integrating the teaching content of work-learning combi- nation, coordinating the construction of the internal and external experimental training conditions and referring to the advantages of the evaluation methods in the enterprises.
