摘要
从防塌性能、保护油气层、润滑性及配伍性等方面介绍了新型硅防塌剂及硅基防塌钻井液的室内试验情况。在胜利油田 5口井的现场应用表明 ,该型防塌剂能显著降低钻井液成本 ,而且对油气层的侵害很小 ,并对保持井眼稳定、防止井塌具有明显的作用 ,具有良好的发展应用前景。
The lab experiments on anti-sloughing property, oil & gas formation protection, lubrication ability and compatibility of the new silicon anti-sloughing agents and silicon-based anti-sloughing drilling fluids are introduced. The field applications in 5 wells in Shengli Oilfield show that this kind of anti-sloughing agents can reduce the drilling cost obviously and the damage to formation is trivial. It has obvious effect on keeping well bore stability and preventing sloughing. So it is worthy of being widely used.
