介绍了硅酸盐钻井液的抑制性、硅酸盐钻井液的防塌机理、硅酸盐钻井液的发展历程、研究和应用情况。硅酸盐钻井液具有优良的性能,主要表现在良好的抑制性;与环境相容性好;不会干扰荧光录井及气测录井;自身含有粒度分布广且与地层矿物亲和力强的粒子,在很宽的温度范围内均可起到封堵作用;处理剂廉价等。
The inhibition, anti - sloughing mechanism, development process, research and application of silicate drilling fluid were introduced. Silicate drilling fluid had excellent performance, mainly in the good inhibition, good compatibility with the environment, not interfere with the fluorescence logging and gas logging, with wide particle size distribution and a strong affinity with the formation of mineral particles over a wide temperature range as a blocking role, and the treatment agent was cheap.
