多用途船能效符合证书申领的实践研究

摘要 通过对国内某船厂21000dwt多用途船申请船舶能效符合证书的实践过程研究,阐述了文件送审、现场试验验证以及终审过程中的注意事项和要点,明确了各个阶段船厂或船级社的各自责任,为相关方申请船舶国际能效证书/船舶能效符合证书提供参考和借鉴。 Through studying the application practice of a 21000dwt multi-purpose vessel built by a domestic shipyard for the energy efficiency compliance certificate, this paper elaborates the notes and key points during the document submission, on-site experiment verification and the final review process, clarifies the responsibilities of the shipyard or the classification society in each stage, and provides the relative parties with some reference for the application of ship international energy efficiency certificate/statement of compliance.
