FCMC护理模式对新生儿家属母婴护理能力的影响 被引量：7

摘要 目的探索以家庭为中心的产科护理(family centered maternity care,FCMC)新模式对新生儿家属母婴护理能力的影响。方法选择2011年4月—8月来我院产科分娩的孕产妇420例,随机分为观察组和对照组各210例,观察组孕产妇实施以家庭为中心的产前、产时、产后护理及延伸服务;对照组孕产妇实行传统的护理模式,即母婴护理均由护士完成,辅以常规产前、产时、产后健康教育。评价两种护理模式对新生儿家属母婴护理能力的影响。结果新生儿家属在FCMC护理模式下的母婴护理能力较传统护理模式下明显提升(P<0.01)。结论 FCMC护理模式对提高新生儿家属母婴护理能力,保障母婴安全有着积极的意义,是将优质服务延伸至家庭的一种良好的护理模式。
