摘要
以‘纽荷尔脐橙’果园和‘脐橙52’果园为样本,用综合污染指数法和绿色食品(柑桔)标准的评价方法分别对其产地土壤环境质量、脐橙品质及卫生指标进行分析评价。结果表明,2个山地果园的土壤环境质量均达到绿色食品-水果产地要求;通过冬季清园、果园生草,施用腐熟有机肥,保护利用自然天敌和释放捕食螨;应用杀虫灯、挂黄板和稳黏诱杀的物理防治技术,结合适当化学防治等健身栽培技术措施,节约了成本,减少脐橙果实农药残留量,提高了脐橙质量安全性。天坤农场的脐橙果实达到绿色食品——脐橙的品质标准和卫生安全标准。
The soil environmental quality in the two orchards of‘Newhall navel orange'and‘No.52 navel orange'and the heavy metal content including cadmium, lead, copper, chromium, arsenic and mercury, health indicators and quality index in their fruits were detected and accessed by the comprehensive pollution index method and sector standard of green-food-citrus. The results showed the soil environmental quality of these two orchards met the qualification of place of green food-fruit production. Healthy orchard ecosystem was established by clear winter orchard, orchard intercropping grass, and application of decomposed organic fertilizer, protection and utilization of natural predator, utilization of predator mite, light trapping. Therefore,the cost of orchard and pesticide residue in fruit was reduced, and the orange fruit quality was improved. The quality index and health indicators in Tiankun orchards reached standard of green-food.
