摘要
目的:通过对海口人民医院麻醉药品使用现状进行调查与分析,为麻醉药品的科学管理和合理应用提供参考。方法:以限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDDc)及药物利用指数(DUI)为指标,对2 116张麻醉处方使用情况进行数据统计分析。结果:盐酸哌替啶注射液使用频率最高(DDDs=1 232.33),其次是盐酸布桂嗪注射液(DDDs=573.50),盐酸哌替啶片使用频率最低(DDDs=3.33);限定日费用最高的是美施康定片(DDDc=27.84),盐酸布桂嗪片限定日费用最低(DDDc=1.68)。结论:海口市人民医院需进一步提高麻醉药品合理应用水平,以提高癌症患者的生活质量。
Objective： To provide reference for scientific management and rational application of narcotic drugs through the investigation and analysis of current situation of narcotic drugs in Qingyang Municipal People＇ s Hospital. Method： The conditions of 2 116 pieces of narcotic prescriptions were analyzed statistically by taking de- fined daily dose （DDD）, DDDs, defined daily cost （DDDc） and drug utilization index （DUI） as the parameters. Re- suit： Pethidine hydrochloride injection was the highest frequently used drug （DDDs=I 232.33）, bueinnazine hy- drochloride injection was the next （DDDs=573.50）, pethidine hydrochloride tablet was the one with the lowest fre- quency （DDDs=3.33）; the highest defined daily cost was morphine sulfate controlled-release tablet （DDDc=27.84）, the lowest defined daily cost was bucinnazine hydrochloride tablet （DDDc=l.68）. Conclusion： The level of narcotic drugs rational use should be improved in Haikou Municipal People＇ s Hospital to improve life quality of cancer pa- tients.
