摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸布桂嗪注射液中的有关物质。方法:采用C18柱,以甲醇-0.1mol·L-1醋酸铵溶液(用氨试液调节pH值至7.0)(75∶25)为流动相,检测波长为252nm。结果:盐酸布桂嗪与其降解产物在该色谱条件下能够有效分离。结论:方法简便、专属性强,可用于测定盐酸布桂嗪注射液中有关物质。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determining related substance in Bucinnazine Hydrochloride Injections. Methods: Using HPLC with C18 column, methanol -0. 1 mol · L-1 ammonium acetate solution (adjusted to pH 7.0 with ammonia solution) (75:25) as mobile phase and the detection wavelength at 252 nm. Results: Bucinnazine Hydrochloride and its related substance can be separated effectively by this method. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable. Related substance in Bucinnazine Hydrochloride Injections can be determined by HPLC.
