摘要
目的利用256层CT血管成像(CTA)获取正常左侧冠状动脉分叉角度正常值,并探讨分叉角度与左侧冠状动脉斑块形成的潜在关系。方法从我院2011年6月~2012年5月进行冠状动脉CTA检查患者中,选取100例正常冠状动脉图像、100例左侧冠状动脉斑块形成患者图像(支架植入术后复查及搭桥术后复查患者除外)进行回顾性分析,分析结果由四名医生共同确定。结果正常左侧冠状动脉分叉角度为45°~139°,平均值为81.1°;斑块组分叉角度夹角范围为59°~142°,平均值为98.6°,夹角在〉90°时斑块好发。结论MSCT能够无创、清晰显示冠状动脉,左侧冠状动脉分叉角度作为潜在血流动力学因素之一对斑块的形成具有重要影响。
Objective To obtain the normal angle of left conronary arteries of the living with 256 MSCTA, and to ex plore the potential relationship between bifurcation and plaques forming in the left coronary arteries. Methods The images of 100 cases with normal coronary arteries and 100 cases with plaques in left coronary arteries (but ruled out the patients who underwent coronary artery stent implantation and coronary artery bypass grafts) were retrospectively reviewed from June, 2011 to may, 2012 in our hospital by four doctors. Results The normal angle of left coronary artery bifurcation was in 45°~ 139°, the average angle was 81.1°; The angle of left coronary atery bifurcation was in 59°~142°, the average an gle was 98.6° The plaques were easily produced when the angle was 〉90°. Conclusion MSCTA can show left coronary arteris clearly and noninvasively; As a potential hemodynamic factor, the angles of coronary artery bifurcation have impor tant influence on the formation and distribution of atheroscleroyic plaques.
