摘要
某市开发区污水处理厂升级改造中试项目采用倒置AAO+MBR的处理工艺,主要处理对象是开发区的医药、生物、水洗、电子等行业排放的工业废水和部分生活污水,污水组分相对复杂。经过7个月的现场中试实验,得到了较高的出水效果,验证了该工艺的可行性,出水水质满足城镇污水处理厂污染物排放一级标准要求。介绍了中试项目的相关设计参数,并分析了该工艺对主要污染物的去除效果。
The reverse AAO+MBR process was used in the pilot scale project of sewage treatment plant upgrading located in the development zone. The main processing object is the discharge of industrial wastewater from biological medicine, washing, electronic industry development zones and sanitary waste, and the composition is complex. After seven months, high quality effluent was acquired, which verified the feasibility of the process, the effluent quality met the primary standard of discharge standard of urban sewage treatment plant pollutant. The related design parameters of the pilot project were introduced, and the removal efficiency was analyzed.
