摘要
介绍了新型盘辊式磨粉机磨辊的快速移出机构及其工作原理,运用SolidWorks Simulation有限元分析软件,对关键件悬臂磨辊轴进行了应力分析,得出相应的应力云图和安全系数图解。据此分析结果,在满足应力强度和许用安全系数的条件下,对悬臂磨辊轴进行了结构优化,效果显著,为同类磨粉机的研发或性能改进提供了理论依据。
The rapid removing mechanism of the grinding roller of a new-type plate-rolling mill and its working principle were introduced, and the stress contours and the safety coefficient contours of the key part cantilever grinding roller shaft were obtained after its stress analysis in SolidWorks Simulation. According to the analysis results and on the premise of satisfying the stress intensity and the allowable safety coefficient, the cantilever grinding roller shaft was structurally optimized with obvious optimization effects. The study offeredtheoretical references for the development and performance improvement of the same type of mill.
