摘要
利用有限元分析方法对φ6.2 m×9.5m球磨机轴承进行应力计算分析,得出轴承各零部件的应力分布云图。结果表明,此轴承结构设计合理,应力强度满足设计要求,为新产品的开发提供了可靠的理论依据。
Calculate and analyze the stress of the bearing used for the φ9 6.2 ×9.5m Ball mill by FEM, and acquire the stress distribution nephograms of all its components. The result proves that the bearing structural design is reasonable and the stress strength satisfies the design requirements. Moreover, this provides the new product development with the reliable theoretical basis.
