摘要
目的 :建立大鼠模拟光辐射烧伤动物模型 ,并对其死亡概率和早期病理变化进行研究 ,以期为光辐射烧伤后早期损伤机制的阐明奠定基础。方法 :建立DHG 50 0 0模拟光辐射烧伤装置 ,对大鼠造成 2 % ,10 % ,15% ,2 5%深二度烧伤 ,观察 30d内动物死亡率及活存时间 ;选择烧伤面积为15%的动物 ,对其致伤后 72h内的病理变化进行观察。结果 :该装置可对大鼠造成不同深度烧伤 ,不同面积的深二度烧伤可造成大鼠不同的死亡率 ,烧伤早期内脏的主要病理变化为出血、充血和水肿。结论 :该装置成功模拟了大鼠光辐射烧伤模型 ,并根据动物实验得出在光辐射所致皮肤深二度烧伤时 ,引起大鼠 50 %死亡的烧伤面积为体表总面积的 7.6%。
Objective:To set up an animal model of imitated thermal radiation burn and to study the death probability and the early pathological changes in order to provide the basis for clarification of the mechanisms of early injuries. Methods:Using the instrument DHG 5000,2%,10%,15%,25%deep Ⅱ ° burns were produced in female Wistar rats respectively and the mortality and survive time were observed within thirty days.Animals with burn area of 15% were chosen as the model. At the time of 5 min,30 min,2 h,24 h ,72 h after burn were observed and the major pathological changes in liver,kidney,lung,heart,brain and small intestine. Results: The instrument DHG 5000 could produce burn of different depths in the animals, and different areas of the burn could lead to varied death probability.The major changes of the viscera were edema, hemorrhage and congestion. Conclusions: The instrument was successful in the animal experiments. The burn area that could cause 50% of rats to die was estimated to be 7.6% of the total body area when the rats were subjected to the Ⅱ °thermal radiation burn. [
