摘要
目的 探讨如何用中西医结合的方法治疗化学性烧伤 ,以便进一步提高化学性烧伤的治愈率。方法 对30 5例化学性烧伤在治疗中使用的中西医治疗方案进行分析研究。结果 30 5例化学性烧伤中 ,酸烧伤 15 8例 ,占 5 1 8% ;碱烧伤 6 1例 ,占 2 0 % ;磷烧伤 42例 ,占 13 8%。共治愈 2 98例 ,治愈率 97 7%。结论 化学性烧伤的类型很多 ,化学物质烧伤后均应就地用大量流水冲洗 ,不少于 2小时 ,必要时用针对性清洗剂 ;应及时切、削痂植皮 ,去除毒源 ,促使创面早愈 ,并内服外用中药等综合治疗措施 ,减轻中毒症状 ,效果良好。
Objective To investigate methods of treating chemical injury and bow to prevent chemicals poisoning to explain clinical significance of Chinese tradition medical reuedy combined with modern medicine to elevate the rate of healing.Methods Make a statistics analysis to the clinical date of 305 cases chemical burns.Results included mainly three kinds,acid burns most in which there were 158 cases accounted for 51.8%,alkaline burns is next,in which there were 61 cases,accounted for 20%,phosphorus burns is less in which there were 42 cases accounted for 13.8%. In which 298 cases were healed 7 cases were dead, the healing rate is 97.7%.Conclusions The type of chemical burns is much more nospite of what chemical causing burn after burning the burn area should be after burning the area,should be washed immeditely with a large quantities of clean water,the lasting is less than 2 hours. If it is necessary we should specific antidote to reduce resorbing of chemicals and the deepth of burn simultaneously replace fluid to prevent shock occuring and vinforce the supporting therapy of body.If condition is permitled the scar should be excised ehrly in order to remove the toxicity so that the burn wound in cured ehrpy furthermore Chinese medical herbs and west drugs are used orally and topicaly at the same time. It′s effect is proved to be satisfied. [
