摘要
目的 了解成都地区已婚育龄女性性满意度状况及影响因素,为女性生殖健康保健提供依据.方法 采用随机抽样方式抽取成都市五城区及所属区县的已婚育龄女性,通过问卷调查方式收集其性生活相关情况.运用单因素相关分析及多元回归模型分析性满意度的影响因素及年龄差异性.结果 本次研究共调查258例已婚育龄女性,多因素Logistic回归显示：对性生活的兴趣、婚姻满意度和能体验到性高潮的情况是性生活满意度的影响因素.即对性生活感兴趣的女性更容易感到对性生活的满意.对目前婚姻的满意态度为＂一般＂的女性与对婚姻＂很满意＂的女性相比,更容易感到性生活不满意（OR=10.27,95%CI：1.53~68.85）.性生活中能体验到高潮的情况也是影响性生活满意度的重要因素,与＂经常＂体验到性高潮的女性相比,＂偶尔＂和＂没有＂体验到性高潮的女性对其性生活感到不满意,其OR和95%CI分别为3.69（1.38~9.87）和16.87（2.70~105.21）.结论 对性生活的兴趣、婚姻满意度和能体验到性高潮的情况是性生活满意度的影响因素.
Objective To understand the sexual satisfaction and its potential influential factors,and provide guidelines for the reproductive health care among married women. Methods Women living in five urban districts and suburban areas of Chengdu were enrolled randomly. Structured questionnaire was used to collect the information of sexual activity. Univariate correlation analysis and multiple logistic regression were used to identify the influential factors of sexual satisfaction at difference age groups. Results A total of 258 married women were enrolled in this study. The results of multivariable logistic regression showed that women who were more interested in sex（OR= 10. 27,95 % CI：1.53-68.85）, were more satisfied with their marriage（very satisfied vs. satisfied）, can experience climax more easily（usually vs. occasionally： OR=3. 69,95% CI：1. 38-9.87;usually vs. none; OR=16.87,95%CI：2. 70- 105.21 ）had elevated sexual satisfaction. Conclusion Interests in sexual activity, satisfaction of marriage, and experience of climax can affect sexual satisfaction for women.
