摘要
目的对已婚妇女中人工流产未产型组和妊娠已产型组妇女的性生活状况、性观念和性满意度进行调查,探讨性心理观对两组妇女性生活质量的影响,促进婚姻质量的提高。方法随机选取260例妇产科门诊就诊患者,采用性生活频度、持续时间的调查及Eysenck性宽容度、性满意度量表测验的方法进行调查分析。结果人工流产未产型妇女与妊娠已产型妇女的性频率比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01),性观念量表测验和性满意度量表测验在学业、职业、收入中的组间差异有显著意义。结论人工流产未产型妇女性观念趋于开放,性满意度需进一步提高,妊娠已产型妇女性观念趋于保守,性满意度更需进一步提高;开放的性心理观可提高不同阶段已婚妇女性生活质量,夫妻化性心理观更能促进婚姻质量的提高。
Objective To investigated the statuses of sexual activities, sexual concepts and sexual satisfactions in 2 groups of married women, which were nulliparas with the history of artificial abortions （NAA） and multiparas （MUL）, in order to assess the influences of sexual psychological views on the qualities of sexual activities and improve the quality of their marriages. Methods Among 260 randomly selected outpatients in the department of obstetrics and gynecology, we investigated their sexual frequencies, lasting times, and analyzed their questionnaires of Eysenck sexual tolerances as well as sexual satisfactions. Results Compared with MUL group, NAA group had significantly increased sexual frequencies （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Questionnaires of sexual concepts and sexual satisfactions showed that a significant interclass differences among education level, occupation and incoming. Conclusions NAA group has open sexual concepts and needed to improve their sexual satisfactions. MUL group has relatively conservative sexual concepts and needs to improve their sexual satisfactions further more. Open sexual psychological views can improve the qualities of sexual activities in married women at different stages. A coupled sexual psychological view can greatly improve marriage quality.
