摘要
众多因素影响着新课程的实施,但教师阻抗是影响、制约新课程实施和推进的重要因素之一。目前新疆和田县农村中小学汉语教师对课程改革的阻抗,已成为影响当地汉语课程改革深入发展的症结所在。和田县农村中小学汉语教师阻抗新课改的内因是由于教师专业素质低、教育观念保守、缺乏课改信念,外因则是由于领导不够重视、教学资源匮乏、教师工作压力大。要从激发课改意识、提高培训效果、设计课程模式、改善条件等方面消除教师的阻抗。
Although there exist many factors affecting the practice of new curriculum, teachers' resistance is one of the crucial factors to hinder the practice and promotion of new curriculum. At present, teachers' resistance towards the Chinese curricuhml reform in primary and secondary schools in Hotan County of Xingjiang has become the main obstacle to hinder the Chinese curriculum reform. This article analyses the internal and external factors causing teachers' resistance towards reform. The results show that the internal factors are the teachers' low professional competence, conservative education concept, and the lack of curriculum faith while the external factors are leaders' neglecting, the lack of teaching resources, and heavy work pressure. Meanwhile, the paper also puts forward the countermeasures, such as enhance teachers' consclousness of curriculum reform, improve the effectiveness of training and curriculum model design, and improve teachers' hying conditions and so on .
