摘要
城市污泥生物干化技术指利用好氧微生物降解存在于污泥之中的有机成分,同时产生生物热,结合适宜的通风条件形成好氧条件,从而将污泥中含水率快速降低的干化过程。污泥生物干化过程受物料性质、温湿度、外源接种菌、调理剂以及通风策略等因素的影响。与其他污泥干化技术相比,污泥生物干化技术更加经济、节能、环保,且有良好的政策支持,具有广阔应用前景。
Sewage sludge biodrying technology refers to the degradation of organics stored in sludge by using aerobic microorganisms and produce heat by organisms, combined with appropriate ventilation, and decrease the water content rate fast. The process of biodrying is influenced by material property, temperature and moisture, inoculant,bulking agents, the ventilation strategy and some other facts. Compared with other sludge drying technology, biodrying is more economical,more energy saving and better environmental conservation, it has good government policy support, and has broad prospect of applications.
