摘要
本文系统地介绍激光内镜治疗进展期胃癌的适应症、术前准备、激光治疗的具体方法和技术、治疗效果、治疗的并发症及处理等，并对国内外治疗研究现状进行综述；可为临床医师和研究人员提供参考。
The indication ,preoperative preparation,detail methods and techniques,treatment results,complications and their treatment of laser endoscopic treatment for advanced stage of gastric cancer were introduced in this paper.We have also reviewed recent literatures at home and abroad on laser endoscopic treatment for advanced stage of gastric cancer.It will provide some useful reference for clinical doctors and researchers.
