摘要
超声加工过程中 ,振动系统的振幅会发生衰减 ,造成加工过程不稳定 ,生产率降低。针对振幅衰减的原因 ,提出了先进行频率跟踪 ,然后在谐振状态下再提高振幅的方案 ,使振幅不因加工状态的变化而变化 ,从而保证加工质量 ,提高生产率。
The amplitude controlling is of great importance in ultrasonic machining. During the processing, amplitude of the system decays as the result of certain factors, which make processing unstable and decreases productivity. According to the reasons of amplitude decaying, this paper poses a project of frequency tracking and stabilize amplitude under resonance, by which to make it possible to ensure stable amplitude despite processing state changing, to ensure processing quality, and to increase productivity.
