摘要
采用常规的分子生物学技术 ,从小鼠骨髓细胞中克隆了含信号肽序列的SCF ,并构建了表达载体。序列分析表明所克隆的SCF序列与文献报道的一致 ,构建的表达载体经鉴定正确。
With common molecular biology technique,we cloned SCF gene including signal peptide coding sequence coded signal peptide and constructed its expression plasmid.The sequence of the cloned SCF is same as the published report. The construction of expression plasmid is identified in a correct way.
