摘要
目的:观察"马蹄内翻足功能锻炼器具"对于提高先天性马蹄内翻足临床疗效的促进作用。方法:经过杨氏疗法进行基础治疗后,配合运用马蹄内翻足功能锻炼器具治疗先天性马蹄内翻足90例共129只足。结果:129只足中,优48只,良75只,优良率95.3%。结论:马蹄内翻足功能锻炼器具能明显增强踝关节活动度,提高临床疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Dirigation Tools for Equinovarus on equinovaru. Methods： The 90 patients of equinovaru, with 129 feet, were treated with Dirigation Tools for Equinovarus after the YANG therapy. Results： A-mong the 129 feet, there were 48 feet got excellent clinical effect, and 75 feet got good clinical effect; the excellent rate was 953%. Conclusion： The Dirigation Tools for Equinovarus can enhanced the activity of ankle joint and improve the clinical efficacy.
