摘要
目的 探讨增加副鼻窦、颈椎CT扫描对诊断不明原因头痛的临床价值。方法 对 1 2 0例颅脑CT扫描结果阴性的头痛患者增加副鼻窦螺旋CT扫描 ,并做模拟内窥镜 ,其中 6 7例还增加颈椎CT扫描。结果 发现副鼻窦炎 35例 ,副鼻窦肿瘤 2例。颈椎椎体病变 5 5例 ,横突孔变小 7例。结论 增加副鼻窦和颈椎CT扫描 ,可提高不明原因头痛的确诊率 ,有利于及时发现副鼻窦、颈椎病变 。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value in diagnosing headache without reasons when CT scan of paranasal sinuses and neck spine were added. Methods 120 headache cases with negative CT result were applied paranasal sinus CT and neck spine CT. Results varieties of diseases in paranasal sinus or spine were exist. Conclusion If other slices were applied diagnostic probability was increased and results also benefited to clinics. [
