摘要
目的：分析副鼻窦炎症性病变和肿瘤的ＣＴ表现，探讨炎症性病变和肿瘤的ＣＴ诊断与鉴别的可能性。材料与方法：回顾性观察５２例副鼻窦炎症性病变和肿瘤的ＣＴ资料，重点对炎症性病变和恶性肿瘤的ＣＴ表现进行讨论分析。结果：４２例炎症性病变的ＣＴ表现主要为粘膜肥厚，突向窦腔的团块状软组织病灶及腔内气液面等。８例恶性肿瘤表现为窦壁骨质侵蚀破坏，软组织肿块或伴有突破窦壁向腔外发展的软组织结构改变，７例增强扫描后软组织呈不均匀强化，１例未做增强。２例良性肿瘤表现为单纯窦腔内软组织块影。结论：确定骨壁骨质破坏的程度，增强扫描软组织肿块不均匀强化是副窦炎症性病变和恶性肿瘤鉴别的关键。
Purpose: Analyze the CT manifestation Of nasal sinus inflammatory diseases and tumor, discuss the CT diagnosis and differentiate diagnosis of those diseases. Materials and Methods: 52 Cases with nasal sinus inflammatory and tumorous lesions performed with axial and coronal CT sections were reviewed and the CT manifestation of the nasal sinusitis and malignant tumors were especially studied. Results: CT manifestations of 42 cases with nasal sinusitis show thicken mucous membrane, soft tissus masses and fluid-air level in nasal cavity; 8 cases with malignant tumor show the erosion of the sinus wall, soft tissue mass (after contrast enhanced, it show inhomogeneous density) and extraluminal destroy of the sinus structure; The other 2 cases with benign tumor show single soft tissue masses in nasal cavity. Conclusion: To identify the destruction extent of the sinus wall and the heterogeneous enhancement of the soft tissue mass are very important in differentiating nasal sinusitis from malignant tumor.
