摘要
通过对系列参数火工试验的钢板的火工性能、横向收缩量和角变形量的测量与比较 ,研究制定了0 7MnNiCrMoVNb钢板的火工矫正和水火弯板工艺。试验结果表明 ,该钢具有较好的火工工艺适应性 。
WT5”BZ]Based on the measurement of mechanical properties, transverse contraction and angle distortion of 07MnNiCrMoVNb ship steel at various flame heating treatment, the flame straightening process and the flame forming process were determined. The results show that the ship plate is adapted to the flame heating processes, but the over high flame straightening temperature must be avoided. [WT5”HZ]
