摘要
为研究激光与材料相互作用的机制,获得激光等离子体的状态参数,利用XeCl准分子激光器(308 nm,~200mJ)烧蚀纯铜样品获得等离子体,使用光栅光谱仪获取了激光诱导的纯铜等离子体发射光谱.在局部热力学平衡(LTE)条件下,根据所选定特征谱线的相对强度,利用多谱线斜率法,计算得到等离子体激发温度为1.6×104K,并给出了等离子体温度的时间演化规律.通过拟合得出其特征谱线线形符合Lorentz线型.
In order to study the mechanism of laser interacting with materials,the parameters ralated to the laser plasma,the laser plasma is obtained by XeCl laser(308nm,~200mJ)ablating copper by grating spectrometer.Under the model of local thermodynamic equilibrium,the temperature of plasma is deduced to be nearly 1.6 × 104K,using multi-line slope by the ralative line intensities,and the time evolution of plasma temperature is achieved.It is concluded that the lineshape of the spectra lines broadening is fit for Lorentz lineshape.
