奥氮平及其中间体的表征和含量的测定

摘要 采用核磁氢谱、红外光谱、熔点测定表征了奥氮平及其中间体,建立了测定奥氮平及其中间体含量的方法。通过对各测定过程中影响因素的优化,确定了适宜的测定条件。结果表明,奥氮平及其中间体的成分可以达到有效分离,该方法灵敏快速、重复性好、精密度高,可用于奥氮平及其中间体的含量测定。
