甜菜碱对子猪胴体组成的影响及其作用机理 被引量:8

摘要 试验研究了饲料中添加 80 0mg·kg-1甜菜碱对杜长加子猪胴体组成的影响及其作用机理。结果表明 :添加甜菜碱使子猪瘦肉率提高了 4.0 8% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,背最长肌面积提高了 6 .5 8% (P >0 .0 5 ) ,背膘厚和腹脂率分别降低了 13 .98(P <0 .0 5 )和 2 7.5 9% (P <0 .0 1)。背最长肌中RNA含量和RNA/DNA比值分别上升了 6 .41% (P <0 .0 5 )和 9.5 7% (P <0 .0 5 )。且肝脏中游离肉碱和酸不溶肉碱含量分别增加了 8.98% (P <0 .0 5 )和13.82 % (P <0 .0 5 )。但对皮下脂肪组织中苹果酸脱氢酶 (MDH)、葡萄糖 - 6 -磷酸脱氢酶 (G - 6 -P)和异柠檬酸脱氢酶 (ICD) This trial was conducted to determine the effect of betaine and approach to mechanism of the effects in weaned pigs. The results showed that adding 800 mg·kg -1 betaine increased dissected lean of carcass (PDL) by 2.43 % (P<0.05) and longissimus muscle area (LMA) by 6.58 % (P>0.05), decreased back fat depth (BFD) and leaf fat ratio (LFR) by 13.98 % (P<0.05) and 27.59 % (P<0.01),and that content of RNA and RNA/DNA ratio in LD were elevated by 6.41 % (P<0.05) and 9.57 %(P<0.05) respectively. Furthermore, the contents of free carnitine and acid-insoluble carnitine in liver promoted by 8.98 % (P<0.05) and 13.82 % (P<0.05). But it is found that betaine had no significant effect on enzymes activity of G-6-P, MDH and ICD in subcutaneous fat.
