摘要
目的:观察穴位按摩与康复训练治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法:选取2010年2月至2012年1月周围性面瘫104例,随机分为对照组及干预组各52例。对照组采用常规药物治疗及一般护理;在对照组的基础上干预组加用特殊的中医康复治疗方法。15天为一个疗程,比较两组总有效率。结果:干预组总有效率高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(χ2=7.08,P<0.01)。结论:在常规药物治疗及一般护理的基础上,早期、规范、合理实施穴位按摩及康复训练,具有提高疗效、经济简便、患者乐于接受等优点。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of acupoint massage and rehabilitation training on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods： 104 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into control group and intervention group（52 cases in each group）. The control group was given conventional drug therapy and general nursing, on this basis, the intervention group was given special TCM rehabilitation methods. Treatment for 15 days, compared two groups of total effective rate. Results ： The total effective rate of intervention group was higher than control group, there was statistical difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： On the basis of conventional drug therapy and general nursing, early, standard and reasonable implementation of acu- point massage and rehabilitation training can improve the curative effect, economy is convenient and patients are willing to accept.
