摘要
目的:探讨中医临床护理路径在周围性面瘫中的护理应用。方法:将131例周围性面瘫患者随机分为路径组和非路径组,非路径组常规实施中医护理,路径组在此基础上根据中医辨证分型由责任护士按照中医护理临床路径实施护理。治疗结束后对两组治疗效果、护理满意度、中医药护理知识掌握程度进行分析评价。结果:路径组治疗总有效率为95.65%,护理满意度为97.10%,中医药护理知识掌握率为95.65%,均优于非路径组的85.48%、87.10%、83.87%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理临床路径在周围性面瘫中的应用效果显著。
Objective:To explore the nursing application of the clinical nursing path of Chinese medicine in the surrounding facial paralysis.Method:A total of 131 patients with peripheral facial palsy were randomly divided into the path group and the non-path group.The non-path group carried out routine nursing of peripheral facial paralysis,and on this basis,on this basis,according to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,the path group carried out the clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.After treatment,the treatment effect,nursing satisfaction and knowledge of Chinese medicine nursing were analyzed and evaluated.Result:The total treatment efficiency of patients in the path group was 95.65%,nursing satisfaction was 97.10%,the degree of knowledge of Chinese medicine nursing was 95.65%,better than 85.48%,87.10%,83.87%of the non-path group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical path of Chinese medicine nursing has a significant effect on peripheral facial palsy.
