摘要 [目的 ] 研究小鼠孕期、哺乳期补充 DHA对仔鼠视觉发育及眼球磷脂脂肪酸组成的影响。 [方法 ] 将40只孕 0天的昆明种小白鼠随机分为四组 ,每组 10只 ,饲以实验合成饲料。 DHA高、中、低剂量组分别按鱼油 2 .5、0 .5、0 .1ml· kg- 1体重、对照组给予蒸馏水经口灌胃 ,每天一次。分娩后 ,灌胃剂量增为孕期的 1.5倍 ,直至仔鼠断乳。在不同的日龄 ,从每窝随机抽取部分仔鼠 ,观察其视觉发育状况 ,并用气相色谱法检测眼球磷脂脂肪酸组成。 [结果 ] 高、中剂量组的仔鼠视觉发育状况优于对照组和低剂量组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,高、中剂量组的仔鼠眼球磷脂脂肪酸组成的DHA、Σn- 3PUFA、ΣPUFA百分比含量高于对照组和低剂量组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 ΣSFA、ΣMUFA、Σn- 6 PUFA百分比含量低于对照组和低剂量组 (P<0 .0 5 )。 [结论 ] 小鼠在孕期、哺乳期补充足量的 Objective] To study the Influence of supplementary DHA in pregnancy and lactation mice on the visual development of pups.[Methods] Forty Kunming maternal mice were divided randomly and equally into 4 groups, and fed experimental dietary on the day 0 of gestation. The pregnant mice of H, M and L、 doses groups were orally administered fish oil once a day, at levels of 2.5 ml·kg -1 , 0.5 ml·kg -1 and 0.1 ml·kg -1 weight, respectively. Those of control group were given distilled water instead. After parturition, the three experimental group were fed one and a half times dose of fish oil until weaning. At different day age ,some pups were selected randomly from each group to be observed their visual development, and analyzed the fatty acid composition of the eye phospholipid by gas chromatography (GC).[Result] In group H and M , doses the visual development of pups were remarkably advanced in comparison with those of pups in group L and the control group (P<0 05); The percentage of DHA, Σn-3PUFA and ΣPUFA in group H and M were increased remarkably (P<0 05), while the levels of ΣSFA, ΣMUFA and Σn-6PUFA remarkably decreased (P<0 05) compared with low dose and the control group.[Conclusion] At the early-stage of the visual development in pups, the effects are positive to supply sufficient DHA to mice in pregnancy and lactation.
