摘要
开发了一种具有抗塔板倾斜性能的气-液分流式分布器。通过冷模实验,研究了该分布器液体破碎程度与液体分布均匀性之间的关系,以及操作条件变化对分布器压降的影响,并在直径为1m的加氢反应器中考察了由37个气-液分流式分布器组成的气-液分配盘的液体分布均匀性。结果表明,存在一个液体破碎雾化的临界气速。临界气速同时也是分布器液体分布均匀与否的分界点,只有气体流速超过该临界值时,才能实现液体的均匀分布。当通过分配盘的气量超过总体临界气体流量时,其液体分布相对不均匀度可降至5%以内,实现液体的均匀分布。此外,基于实验数据,还得到了气-液分流式分布器的压降与气、液两相Reynolds数间的关系式。
A novel gas-liquid separated flow distributor was designed to make liquid distributed uniformly. The relationship between the breakup of liquid and the liquid distribution uniformity, and the effects of operating conditions on the pressure drop of the novel distributor were studied by using cold model experiments. Furthermore, the liquid distribution uniformity of a distribution tray composed of 37 gas-liquid separated flow distributors was investigated. Results showed that there existed a critical gas flow rate for the atomization of liquid. Liquid could be distributed uniformly only when the gas flow rate was higher than the critical value. The relative liquid distribution non-uniformity of the distribution tray was lower than 5%, when the gas volume flow rate was higher than the overall critical value, which revealed the uniform distribution of liquid. Besides, a brief correlation between the pressure drop of the novel distributor and Reynolds number of two phases was proposed.
