摘要
本文利用自行设计的“同步、多点、三维测液实验系统”对美国Union Oil及法国Technip等公司的分配器进行了较为系统的实验研究,分析了其流体力学特性及结构因素与工作特性间的关系,为各类分配器的设计创造了条件。同时,提出了改进分配器综合工作特性的有效途径,开发出性能优越的新型分配器,用于生产实践取得了良好的效果。
The distributors made by Union Oil (USA) and Technip(France) are studied systematically with the test system called 'simultaneous—multipoint—three dimension test system'. The relations amoung the characteristics of hydrodynamics, structural factors and performances of the above internals are analysed for designing the distributors. Based on the effective methods proposed for improving the comprehensive performances of the distributors, a new type of distributor by which a good effect is obtained in practical use is developed.
