摘要
党的十八大报告提出"让权力在阳光下运行",这对于建立健全公开透明的司法信息公开制度以从制度上遏制司法腐败具有非常重要的意义。学术界以及最高人民法院虽然都一直强力推动司法信息公开,但是我国司法信息公开制度仍然存在诸多不足。因此,有必要检讨我国司法信息公开制度存在的问题,以便为进一步完善我国司法信息公开制度提供理论基础。
The 18th Party Congress Report put forward ＂executing power in the sunshine＂, which has a great significance for establishing open and transparent judicial information disclosure system to curb judicial corruption. Although academia and the Supreme People＇ s Court have been strongly promoted judicial information disclosure, the system still indicates many deficiencies. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the problems in our judicial information disclosure system to provide a theoretical basis for the further improvement of the judicial information disclosure system in China.
