摘要
非小细胞肺癌是目前严重威胁人类健康的疾病,常规治疗以手术、放化疗为主,但多数患者一经确诊即失去手术根治机会。近年来虽然化疗方案和放疗技术发展很快,并且靶向药物治疗也取得了一定的效果,但其所产生的不良反应及昂贵的经济费用又给患者带来双重的负担。而中医药在对NSCLC患者调节机体免疫功能、提高生活质量、延长生存时间方面取得了很好的疗效。将近10年来中医药对NSCLC免疫调节研究作一综述。
Non - small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） is a kind of disease,which nowadays threatens human~ health seri- ously. Its routine therapy mainly includes operation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Unfortunately, most of suffers have already lost the chance of radical operation at the moment when diagnosis is confirmed. For recent years, the chemothera- py regimen and radiotherapy have been well developed ; meanwhile the therapy of targeted drugs also has acquired a cer- tain therapeutic effect. However, toxic reactions of those therapies and high expense double the burden of patients. As for NSCLC ones, traditional Chinese medicine has been proved of good therapeutic effect on immunoregulation, improving life quality and prolonging survival time. This paper is a review for the studies in recent 10 years on immunoregulation of traditional Chinese medicine on NSCLC.
