摘要
本文研究大叶匙羹藤(Gymnema tingens Sprengel)石油醚部位的化学成分。采用薄层色谱、硅胶与凝胶柱色谱法对大叶匙羹藤石油醚部位进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据进行结构鉴定,得到6个化合物,根据波谱数据和理化性质,分别鉴定为十八烷酸(1)、油酸(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、豆甾醇(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、齐墩果酸(6)。以上化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。
To study the chemical constituents in petroleum parts of Gymnema tingens Spreng. The compounds were isola- ted from petroleum parts of Gymnema tingens Sprengel and purified by TLC, silica gel and gel column chromatography. The structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Six compounds were elucidated as stearic acid ( 1 ), oleic acid (2) ,fl-sitosterol (3), stignasterl (4), daucosterol (5), oleanolic acid ( 6 ). All compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
