云南匙羹藤的化学成分 被引量:5

摘要 从云南匙羹藤(Gymnema yunnanense Tsiang)的粗甙酸水解产物中分离得到6个C_(21)甾体甙元。其中一个新甙元,命名为吉马甙元(gymnemarsgenin),经光谱数据和化学反应证明其结构为12-β-氧-苯甲酰-20-氧-肉桂珊瑚甙元。 From acidic hydrolysate of crude glycoside of Gymnema yun- nanense Tsiang, four known C21 steroidal aglycones-penupogenin (1), 20- O-cinnamoylsarcostin (2), .sarcostin ( 3 ) , metaplexigenin (5), and a new aglycone named gymnemarsgenin (4) were isolated. Compound (4) , colorless needle from MeOH, mp 155-157℃, [α]<D + 145.96 (c =0.51, CHC13). On the bases of EI-MS and elemental analysis, gave molecular formula. C37H44O8 (M+, 616). Compoud (4) liberated sarcostin (3) on alkaline hydrolysis. Its UV, MS, 'H NMR, 13C NMR spectra showed that two ester groups (benzoyl and cinnamoyl groups) were attached at Cl 2 and C20 of sarcostin. In order to confirm the exact position of these two ester groups, compound (4) was dealt with satured K2CO3-MeOH at 4℃ for 5 hours and produced 20-cinnamoylsarcostin. Therefore compound ( 4 )was established as 12-β-O-benzoyl-20-O-cinnamoylsarcostin.
